Learn how to free pour a Rosetta or Heart and understand how to etch some more complicated patterns like the flower or snail shell. This course will help define your coffees presentation and improve your overall milk texturing skills.
Grinder Maintenance & extracting the perfect espresso - 2 hours $200
Prerequisite (Introduction to Espresso Coffee)
The grinder is an integral part in the production of a quality coffee. This course allows you to disassemble a coffee grinder so as to better understand how it affects the perfect espresso shot. Then working with several different blends of coffee we work with the dose and grind to extract the best espresso from each of the blends.
